Job Advertisement: Client Support Agent (Remote)

Salary: Upto R36,000 per month

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Support Agent to join our team. This is a fully remote role, and you'll play a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

•Assist with Agent & Therapist Matching: Engage with new agents and effectively match them with the most suitable therapists based on their needs and preferences.

 

 

•Provide Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and assist with their questions regarding our services, ensuring a helpful and supportive communication experience.

 

 

•Monitor Client Interactions: Chat with clients online, with AI models powered by Scale AI observing your conversations to enhance understanding of human interaction and improve our service.

 

 

•Follow Up with Clients: Proactively follow up with clients regarding their therapy sessions, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey.

 

 

•Communicate Offers: Keep past and current clients informed about new offers and promotions, helping to maintain strong client relationships.

 

 

•Data Entry: Accurately input new client information and ensure their records are updated and maintained in our system.

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

•Excellent written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.

 

 

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 

 

•A passion for supporting mental health and wellness.

 

 

•Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.

 

 

•Basic understanding of AI and technology (training will be provided).
